The general terms of sale are provided to enable buyers to place an order. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges his/ her complete acceptance, without exception, of the general sales conditions.
1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices listed by SLOVE IT! include a 60 minutes play of our game and are shown in SEK.
1.2- All other services not included in the initial reservation will also be billed.
1.3 -SLOVE IT! reserves the right to request an ID from customers who might be minors.
1.4- SLOVE IT! reserves the right to modify its prices anytime. Services will be billed according to the rates in effect when the order is placed.
2 – RESERVATIONS
2.1- Availability - All reservations are processed in real-time and are subject to availability. The sale will not be considered final until receipt of a confirmation email from SLOVE IT! with the order number. The credit card will immediately be debited for the amount of services booked.
2.2- Exchange / Cancelations - Bookings cannot be refunded or exchanged if requested less than 6 hours before the time booked.
2.3- Room Arrangement - Since SLOVE IT! prepares each of the game rooms every day, depending on the number of people booked, a room plan cannot be provided, and no complaints will be accepted regarding the assignment of a room by SLOVE IT!.
2.4- Confidentiality - Purchasing buyer certifies that SLOVE IT! games, components, and puzzles are to be considered confidential. Any total or partial disclosure or publication to any third party violates SLOVE IT! business interests.
3 – METHODS OF PAYMENT
SLOVE IT! accepts payment by credit card on the spot and on the website, Swish, and invoice. No cash payments.
4 – SECURITY OF PAYMENT AND PERSONAL DATA
4.1- Security of payment
SLOVE IT! has entrusted its payment system to a specialist in online payment security. We do not keep any customer credit card information on our database.
4.2- Personal data
By booking through info@sloveit.se, you consent to use those items of your data necessary to ensure the proper processing of orders. SLOVE IT! undertakes only to use this database for information purposes and commercial offers for SLOVE IT! games, and not to divulge these data to third parties except upon request by a judicial authority or other administrative authority empowered by law to request the communication of this information. All data is handled with the greatest degree of care and discretion.
5 – ELECTRONIC BOOKING
5.1- Each booking has a unique order number that permits access to our game.
5.2- The buyer will receive by email a booking confirmation that includes the order number, the exact date, and the time of his reservation.
6 – INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR THE GAME AT SLOVE IT! escape room
6.1- SLOVE IT! does its utmost to offer you a game room that lives up to your expectations. However, the order, arrangement, and casting of the game remain at the discretion of SLOVE IT! and no complaints will be accepted in the case of a modification to the game.
6.2- It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the game, or of the hall. Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the confiscation of the device until the end of the game, or will lead to the eviction of the game room, and could be prosecuted before the courts.
6.3- In addition, it is forbidden to reproduce texts, logos, images or any other element which appears either on the website of SLOVE IT!, or emails sent by SLOVE IT!
6.4- SLOVE IT! declines all responsibility for any damages relating to customers' objects that have not been deposited at the reception desk, an area reserved for this purpose.
6.5- SLOVE IT! is a non-smoking environment.
7 – APPLICABLE LAWS – JURISDICTION
The present general sales conditions are subject to Swedish law. Swedish Courts shall have sole jurisdiction in case of litigation.
